Comprehensive Care Consultants is a Fee-for-Service Practice. We are not a participating provider in any HMO/PPO health plan; however, if you have a PPO plan with “out of network” benefits or an HSA, we will be happy to do the billing on your behalf. We do; however, accept Medicare (orignal only) assignment and Workers Compensation.
Please have your payment of the “patient portion” ready at the time of the appointment. We accept cash and all major credit cards. If you need to make alternative payment arrangements, please contact our office at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
